From the moment you open the door of the Dream Bean, you feel like you are transported to a wonderland of caffeinated bliss....from the crack of the door, the aroma begins to waft into your nostrils... invigorating more than just your sense of smell. The space is inviting, and opens to an eclectic and peaceful creative space beyond the comfortable enough already front seating area, allowing for a business meeting, creative pow-wow, personal reflection time, and more all while enjoying the impecible caffeinated (or non) beverage fueling said endeavor. From iced mocha lattes or matchas with oat milk, to caramel pumpkin spice mocha choca everything to a simple delicious cup of Joe, I always rely on the Dream Bean on Mercer Street for good snacks, great coffee, and even better people! Thankful to have them as part of our Mercer Street Grassroots District here in Princeton, WV!!!

It is a trap to go in this place due to their wide variety of drinks and snacks! The staff members are always friendly and welcoming. Their events are always fun, entertaining, and a way to meet new people. The atmosphere is family friendly. Come and check it out!

The atmosphere was very cool with lots of great seating options. The lady who served me was friendly and kind. She recommended a latte with honey, sugar free vanilla, and oat milk. It was perfectly sweet, and the flavors mixed well together while still allowing the coffee to shine. If you’re ever in Princeton you need to try here.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and it is my favorite “third space” in town, period! Last time I stopped in I had an iced dark chocolate cherry mocha, and it was wonderful. The baristas are always friendly, and I have never had a drink here that wasn’t the best version of that coffee drink that I’ve ever had. The Mercer Street Mocha is particularly amazing! Wonderful place!

Passing through Princeton and stopped in for a coffee. We were pleasantly surprised! This place is so unique and cozy. We ordered two coffees (and ended up purchasing two bags of beans as well!) and lounged in the back seating area. Plenty of seating, local artwork, eclectic vibes, and they even had a nook with many games. We enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciated the mission and vision for this cute little local spot. We felt welcomed and comfortable, so go ahead and stop in! Parking was off the street, we came on a Friday morning so it was easy to find a spot. The shop wasn’t busy so it was open with plenty of seating. Thank you Dream Bean!

Really cool place. The staff was nice and the prices are reasonable. The coffee was really good. If I were in the area, I would be there all the time.

I love The Dream Bean. I love the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The hot mocha is out of this world. Monday night open mic is amazing and so entertaining. A wonderful group of talented people who participate.
